An exciting new sci-fi thriller is on the way to launch on Netflix in April 2021. The name of this incredible thriller is STOWAWAY. It depicts Joe Penna’s confined space dram. STOWAWAY is the latest upcoming sci-fi thriller on Netflix Original which is directed and co-written by Joe Penna. This thriller is also co-written by the editor Ryan Morrison alongside Penna.
After dropping out by Sony of this multi-territory deal, Netflix had got the rights to the film in December 2020.

It has been confirmed that STOWAWAY will be going to stream on Netflix on Thursday, 22nd April 2021. This upcoming thriller will be launched to stream in the majority of countries in the entire world, but some countries in Asia and Europe have limitations to receive the feature.
Plot
After the lifting-off from Earth, the group of a spaceship in a two-year mission to Mars has discovered an accidental stowaway on board. There they have stucked due to the risk of running out of resources, and also for the damage to the life support systems that leave them in peril. In this crisis situation when they are in the mission and also have lives threatened, there only the medical researcher of the ship who is the voice of the reason against the group who have taken the decision to remove the accidental crewman on board.

This upcoming thriller is going to featuring with Anna Kendrick as Zoe Levenson, Daniel Dae Kim as Kim, Toni Collette as Captain, and Shamier Anderson as TBA. This thriller will be the fourth Netflix Original for the actress Toni Collette. Previously, she was featured in two series and an original movie for Netflix is I’m Thinking of Ending Things, Unbelievable, and Wanderlust. It also has informed that in late 2021, Collette will also be a feature in the thriller series Pieces of Her.

The shooting of this film was begun on 11th June 2019 in Germany, in the cities of Cologne and Munich.
