JTBC’s *Still Shining* is under fire for normalizing drunk driving. Scenes in episodes 7 and 8 depicted characters operating vehicles after heavy alcohol consumption, triggering massive viewer backlash. Following a formal complaint to the Korea Communications Standards Commission, the production team issued an official apology on March 31. They’ve promised stricter oversight to ensure responsible storytelling in future episodes.
