After almost 3 months of suspension, the Premier League will be back in action from 17th June. It was suspended since March due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
Bundesliga has already resumed on 16th May and LaLiga will resume on 11th June. Next, it will be Premier League’s turn on 17th June. It’s hay days for the football fans across the globe.
If you’re from India, there’s some good news for you. Star Sports network will continue to broadcast the Premier League matches live in India. Although the season would probably be over by now if not for Coronavirus, Star Sports Select would still continue to broadcast the remaining Premier League matches of the 2019-20 season.
You can also catch the live streaming of the matches on the Disney+ Hotstar VIP app. Even if you miss the match, you can watch the highlights and replays as well.
The Premier League would resume on 17th June with the match between Sheffield United and Aston Villa and Manchester City taking on Arsenal later.

All the matches will be played behind closed doors to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Only a few selected persons will be allowed inside the stadium: players and staffs. Premier League has also allowed 5 substitutions in a match to lower the risk of player injuries by playing so often in such a short amount of time.
