Pattern of the SSC CGL Exam
The Commission confirms the SSC CGL exam schedule in the official SSC CGL confirmation 2021. There are four steps in the SSC CGL selection process. The SSC CGL’s Tiers 1 and 2 are conducted online, whereas Tiers 3 and 4 are conducted offline. SSC CGL – Procedure for Selection
Candidates must go through the selection procedure if they are taking or intend to take the SSC CGL. When they study for their tests, they will gain from having an awareness of the selection process. Candidates can also gain knowledge about the many steps in the recruiting process as well as the complete SSC CGL methodology. There are four steps in the SSC CGL interview process:
• The computer-based exam that makes up Tier I.
Tier II consists of an online exam; Tier III is a written exam (descriptive paper); and Tier IV is a test of computer proficiency or data entry skills, if required.
Candidates need to pass the tier 1 test in order to be eligible for the tier 2 exam. Candidates whose names appear on the qualifying examination are entitled to take the tier 2 exam, and the SSC releases the results of the tier 1 exam. Candidates passing the tier 2 test can proceed to the tier 3 explanation paper.
