Spanish Super Cup 2023: Everything you need to know about the tournament in Saudi Arabia

The Spanish Super Cup, also known as the Supercopa de Espana is a mini-knockout tournament. Four teams participate in the tournament – the top two teams of La Liga and the finalists of the Copa del Rey. The Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) released the schedule for this season’s tournament.

Supercopa de Espana 2023: Official dates and fixtures

Semi-final

• 11th January 2023 – Real Madrid vs Valencia
• 12th January 2023 – Real Betis vs Barcelona

Final

• 15th January 2023 – Real Madrid/Valencia vs Real Betis/Barcelona

The Supercopa de Espana mini-tournament will not be held in Spain this time. Instead, like last time, it will be held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Real Madrid are the current winner of the Spanish Super Cup having won the final 2-0 against Athletic Bilbao last season.
