Amazon Prime Video has dropped the trailer of the Kargil War film Sheershah on the eve of Kargil Vijay Diwas. The actor Sidharth Malhotra and actress Kiara Advani have reached to the Kargil for launching the trailer of the event. The film is mainly based on the life of Kargil war hero Captain Vikram Batra who was died during the war in 1999.
The posters of the film have been shared by Sidharth Malhotra and Kara Advani. As they had just left Mumbai to reach Srinagar. After sharing the teaser of the film Sidharth wrote on his Instagram that heroes are alive through their stories and they are much honoured to bring to us the real story of the Kargil War hero, |Captain Vikram Batra. He is very proud of playing the role of this real-life character.
The director of the film is Vishnu Varadhan and produced jointly with Dharma Productions and Kaash Entertainment.
Cast
It is featuring Shiv Pandit, Raj Arjun, Pranay Pachauri, Himanshu Ashok Malhotra, Nikitin Dheer, Anil Charanjeett, Sahil Vaid, and Shataf Bigger, and also Pawan Chopra.
Karan Johar has said that this film is a real-life story of a war hero whose indomitable spirit and huge bravery have brought victory for our nation. He also said that the sacrifice of the soldier I am invaluable and his life is really an inspiration for this generation.

This film has set to premiere on 12th august 2021 on Amazon Prime Video.
