Prepare to slice and dice, since Shadow Warrior 3 appears to be coming out in March. Although publisher Devolver Digital has yet to make an official announcement, both the Xbox and PlayStation Stores have updated their listings with a March 1 release date, indicating that this is the real deal. Not a bad collection of extras! For those who haven’t been keeping up, Shadow Warrior 3 is the third installment in the Shadow Warrior series, and it seems to be the most extravagant yet. Here’s a recap of the game’s highlights:
Lo Wang, a former corporate shogun, and Orochi Zilla, a former adversary turned sidekick, set out on a journey to reclaim an ancient dragon they unwittingly released from its endless prison. Lo Wang must traverse uncharted corners of the planet armed with a punishing mix of swords and guns to track down the dark beast and push the apocalypse back again more.
