Free agent Sergio Ramos is expecting a move back to La Liga after his departure from the French club PSG this summer, as suggested by Estadio Deportivo.

The 37-year-old called it quits with the French club following his two years glorious tenure with them, where had won two Ligue 1 titles.

Sergio Ramos is hoping for a La Liga comeback!

Sergio Ramos had been through several injuries that hampered his first campaign, and he could handle only 12 appearances in the second half.

However, in the second season, he bade goodbye to the injuries and made a staggering 33 appearances that included two goals and an assist. He even helped his side to keep seven clean sheets and won 54% of his duels.

Despite PSG moving on from him, Sergio Ramos gas plenty provides still. The first way to be back in La Liga is with his boyhood club Sevilla. He had spent a few years with that club. He was born in Camas, Sevilla.

Before moving to Real Madrid, he was a part of the senior team there. Stepping at Madrid and establishing himself as one of the most legendary defenders the sport has ever seen: has been a treat to watch among fans. He won 22 titles with Real Madrid, including five Champions League and four La Liga titles.

Will he be back at his home club?

The Andalusians currently have four defenders: Marcao, Loic Bade, Tanguy Nianzou, and Karim Rekik. Following Bade’s loan spell, they’ll possibly make the move permanent. Sporting director Monchi confirmed they’d do it after their Europa League win.

Whatever the scenario is, Ramos is interested in getting back to his home club, as the reports suggest. He’s ready to reject big offers to prioritize his return to Sevilla.
