Sergio Busquets has a decision to make about his future, and the time to do so is fast approaching. The Barcelona captain is out of a contract at the end of the season, and is yet to agree to a renewal with his boyhood club.
Clubs like Inter Miami in the MLS have been linked with his signature in the past. And now, Saudi Arabian side Al Nassr, who recently signed Cristiano Ronaldo, have made an offer to him for the upcoming season.

Barcelona head coach and Busquets’ former teammate Xavi Hernandez has insisted that he wants the midfielder to stay at the club beyond the current season.
The veteran is open to taking a pay cut to continue at the club, given their financial restrictions. However, a compromise needs to be reached in order for the renewal to be agreed.
Sergio Busquets has won everything there is to win playing for club and country, and remains one of the best defensive midfielders of his generation. But he isn’t getting any younger, and will have to soon decide whether to continue with Barcelona or to take up a new challenge.
Barcelona have identified replacements for the veteran if he leaves, but could be given extra time to prepare if he decides to stay for another year.
