Seagate, the American data storage company, is bringing four types of storage devices to India and will launch during the Amazon Prime Days scheduled on 6th and 7th August. There is a normal Hard Drive, a Solid State Drive (SSD) named Ultra Touch, a gaming SSD FireCuda, and a desktop drive. Though there are no details about the hard drive and desktop drive currently, but details of the SSD and gaming drive are out. Here what the company is bringing to us.
Seagate Ultra Touch SSD:
The Ultra Touch SSD (external) is coming with an ultra-small and lightweight get-up that makes it ultra-portable. The company says it is “made for Android”. That means, along with Mac and Windows, it is also compatible with Android. So, you can now take backups of your Android device’s videos, photos, and more. The SSD is capable of transferring files in seconds at a speed of 400MB per second.
In the case of backup, you will get a convenient experience for the array of easy-to-use software tools by Seagate. One-click backup on-demand, automatic hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly schedule backups, and mirror folder – all facilities are coming in your hand.
Additionally, you will get bot the USB Type-C and USB 3.0 compatibility. The USB 3.0 cable and the Type-C adapter will be there in the box.
