Seagate, the data storage solution leader globally, launches a new Game Drive lineup for Xbox. The fresh lineup consists of a new Game Drive Hub for Xbox, Game Drive for Xbox, and Game Drive for Xbox – Halo Infinite Special Edition. The company brings this series to fulfil gamers’ pick storage capacity required for the most advanced games available in the market. These newcomers work smoothly with Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and Xbox One. Besides, these are compatible with Game Pass.
As these three external drivers are designed for gaming, there is a special touch in design and size. The Game Drive for Xbox and Game Drive Hub for Xbox have green LED lighting and lightweight for portability. Both drives have connected and power with the high-speed USB 3.2 Gen 1. The Game Drive for Xbox doesn’t require any separate power cord. A consumer can install the drives easily in just two minutes through Xbox OS.
The Game Drive Hub for Xbox comes with front-facing USB-A and USB-C ports and other compact form factors. There are up to 8TB of capacity available.
Besides all, the lineup has a special edition of the Game Drive for Xbox. It is Game Drive for Xbox – Halo Infinite Edition. The design is inspired by Halo and the hero Master Chief’s aesthetics. Obviously, there are some customizable LEDs as well. This special edition is a collaborative work of Seagate, Xbox, and 343 Industries.
All the devices are coming with three years of Rescue Data Recovery Service and one year of limited warranty. The shipment will start this month. The Game Drive for Xbox 2TB capacity costs $92.49 and 4TB will be available at $124.99. The 8TB Game Drive Hub for Xbox is priced $219.99. Lastly, the Game Drive for Xbox – Halo Infinite edition costs $99.99 and $169.99 for 2TB and 5TB capacity respectively.
