SC East Bengal head coach Robbie Fowler earlier revealed that he wants to see all the Indian players closely and best among them will be in the squad. SC East Bengal was a 35 men squad in the start of the season. But Fowler wants to work with just 27-28 players in the rest of the season.

Yesterday SC East Bengal’s reserve team played against Bengaluru FC’s reserve team in a friendly match. This was a final test for all the Indian players to prove their worth. After the match, the SC East Bengal revealed the names of players who will be out on loan.

According to reporter Marcus Mergulhao, “Seven SC East Bengal players are on their way out. One is joining another ISL team, two have found favour with I-League clubs. Not sure about the rest. No decision yet on foreign replacement.”

It will be interesting to see how this decision has an effect on the performance of SC East Bengal.
