We often talk about loud, dramatic performances when discussing Bollywood’s best. But sometimes, the most powerful acting happens in complete silence — and that’s exactly what *Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain* fame **Saumya Tandon** noticed about **Ranveer Singh** in *Dhurandhar*.

## What Did Saumya Tandon Actually Say?

In a candid conversation with Mirchi Plus, Tandon — who played the fierce **Ulfat**, wife of dreaded criminal Rehman Dakait (Akshaye Khanna) — opened up about a specific scene that left her in awe of Ranveer’s craft.

She pointed to a deeply emotional moment where Singh’s character silently witnesses his fellow spy being brutally punished. Instead of an explosive reaction, Ranveer internalized the character’s fear, anger, and grief — and conveyed all of it with just his eyes and body language. Tandon praised this as a masterclass in **restrained acting**, noting it is far more difficult than high-octane, dialogue-heavy performances.

She also highlighted her own favourite personal moment — the scene where she slaps her on-screen husband Akshaye Khanna — calling it cathartic and powerful.
