Max Verstappen won the Saudi Arabia Grand Prix, after starting from fourth position on race day. The podium was completed by Ferrari duo Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz, who came second and third respectively.
This is the first victory for the defending world champion, who had to retire in the Bahrain Grand Prix due to issues related to his power steering. And after achieving the top spot in the opening race of the season, Leclerc has finished in a top spot for the second consecutive race.

The final ten laps of the race saw the top two drivers put on a highly competitive fight. But ultimately, it was the new number 1 that was able to get the better of his new rival and finished ahead.
Fernando Alonso had to drop out of the race from sixth, after saying there was no power in his vehicle. Daniel Ricciardo lost drive and was also unable to complete the race, while Valtieri Bottas also had to pit for a second time in lap 37, and was taken away into the garage.
After his 15th place finish in the qualifying races, Lewis Hamilton managed to climb up to 10th spot. But, it was a very disappointing race for the seven-time world champion, who has now had a row of heartbreaks at the Saudi Arabia Grand Prix, since he never finished lower than 1st in the race before.
