Exynos 2500

Samsung has reportedly been struggling with the 3nm GAA (Gate-All-Around) process in production due to unprecedentedly low yield rates and volumes and it could lead to postponing the SoC launch which is not good for Galaxy S25 series with Exynos 2500 & Snapdragon 8 Gen 4. But it appears the Exynos 2500 may still find its way into the cheaper Galaxy S25 FE, which could launch earlier than expected.

One silver lining here is that the tipster had previously claimed Dimensity 9400 might fuel the base model, which would be a welcome cost-cutting move to Samsung’s chipsets lineup for the year. The Exynos 2500 could yet have a role in the anticipated April release of the Galaxy S25 FE. The chipset could also make its way to the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7 which are expected to launch in August next year.

Samsung also hiked prices on its foldables this year, and things could go south if the dual-chipset vision doesn’t come to fruition. While Jukanlosreve did not mention specifically where the information came from, his followers had been tied to reliable sources in the past.

However, the tipster has not provided specific details this time, so it seems there might be someone in the background sharing Samsung’s intentions for the upcoming months. While it’s wise to take this information with skepticism, it’s also important to stay informed about the company’s ongoing challenges with its 3nm GAA technology, which will ultimately determine whether the Exynos 2500 is released on time or delayed.
