The gadget has a rubber-covered aluminum body which enables it to withstand drops of up to nine feet, which is one foot less than the T7 Shield. According to the firm, the cover is perfect for controlling heat and is comfortable to hold. A five-year guaranteed warranty and USB Type C-to-C and USB Type C-to-A connectors are included with the SSD.

The Samsung Magician software, which provides performance benchmarks, security features, and firmware updates, is compatible with the T9. Android, macOS, and Windows all support the software.

With features including speed benchmarks, security features, firmware updates, and real-time health status checks, the Samsung Magician software improves user experience. The most recent version, 8.0, expands OS support to include Windows, Mac, and Android for user convenience.
