Samsung, India’s leading consumer electronics company, recently inaugurated a new Premium Experience Store at Park Street in Kolkata. This one-stop destination for sales and service offers consumers a captivating experience, showcasing the connected device ecosystem – Samsung SmartThings, and hosting a variety of engaging activities.

As part of its inauguration, the store is offering customers assured gifts, 2X loyalty points on all transactions above INR 15,000, and Galaxy Buds FE at INR 2,999 with selected Galaxy devices as a limited period offer. The first 200 customers purchasing Samsung products worth INR 20,000 will receive early bird giveaways. Additional benefits include student discounts of up to 10% on smartphones, laptops, and smartwatches, up to 22.5% cashback, and INR 22,000 in additional benefits on select items.
Learn @ Samsung Programme
In a bid to engage tech-savvy consumers, particularly Gen Z and millennials, Samsung will host a series of Galaxy workshops under its ‘Learn @ Samsung’ programme. These workshops will focus on AI education and other consumer passion points.
Phygital Experience at Park Street Store
The Park Street store offers a phygital experience through Samsung’s Store+ endless aisle platform. Consumers can browse over 1,200 Samsung products, available online or in-store, using a digital Kiosk. They can also order online from the store and have the products delivered directly to their homes.

Visitors can also access Samsung’s digital lending platform Samsung Finance+ and Samsung’s device care plan Samsung Care+ for Galaxy smartphones, tablets, and smartwatches at the store. Furthermore, the store provides hassle-free after-sales service for smartphones and home service calls for consumer electronics products.
