The store is situated in the Velachery area of Chennai, within Phoenix Marketcity Mall—one of India’s largest shopping centers—which has become a popular hotspot for Gen Z and millennials.
As part of the ‘Learn @ Samsung’ initiative, the store will host a variety of Galaxy workshops tailored to Gen Z and millennials. These workshops span a broad spectrum of interests, including digital art, doodling, photography, videography, fitness, coding, music, and events that celebrate the local culture and values of Chennai.

The new store offers a ‘phygital’ experience through Samsung’s Store+ platform, which allows customers to browse over 1,200 Samsung products, whether they are available online or in-store, using a digital kiosk. In the store, customers can easily access Samsung’s digital lending service, Samsung Finance+, and choose Samsung Care+ plans for Galaxy smartphones, tablets, and smartwatches.
In addition to sales, the store also provides hassle-free after-sales service for smartphones and allows customers to book home service calls for all their consumer electronic needs.
