Samsung finally officially starts rolling out its Android 13-based One UI 5

Samsung launched its OneUI 5 Beta programme earlier this month for owners of smartphones from the Samsung Galaxy S22 series. For Indian owners of the Galaxy S22, the business just made the same announcement.

The public beta for One UI 5 for the Galaxy S21 series of smartphones has now been made available by Samsung. Samsung Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21+, and Galaxy S21 Ultra owners can currently experience Android 13 on their handsets in Korea and the UK.

Samsung users must register through the Samsung Members app to participate in the beta test. The build number for the beta version is G99xBXXU5ZVHE. By the middle of October of this year, Samsung is anticipated to release the stable version of Android 13 for Galaxy S22 smartphones.

Users of smartphones will be able to personalise their smartphone experiences with One UI 5.0, including an enlarged palette of colour selections for a more distinctive appearance. Users of the new UI can choose from 12 more colour options for their home screens, icons, and quick panels in addition to up to 16 pre-set colour themes based on their wallpaper to create a look and feel that suits their preferences. Users can further customise their home screens by grouping widgets of the same size together in one spot.

With One UI 5.0, Samsung has made an effort to make changing the sound and vibration settings easier.

All ringtone volumes and vibration intensities are easily accessible through the newly reorganised menus in the new user interface. Users of the Galaxy can now customise their preferred language for each of their various apps.

For a better user experience, the update includes some additional new features. With a redesigned icon in Pro and Pro Video modes that provide helpful advice on how to use the various lenses, features, and settings, users may more easily shoot high-quality photographs and videos.

Additionally, a more responsive zoom bar allows for speedier close-ups and makes it simpler to focus with only one hand. One UI 5 introduces a new dashboard that allows users to check the security state of their phone, identify any security flaws, and offer solutions.
