The South Korean electronics giant is expanding its Galaxy Book Flex portfolio ahead of this CES 2020 in the form of the new portable ultra-portable 2-in-1 laptop i.e. the Samsung Galaxy Book Flex Alpha. Apart from offering a QLED display along with Active Pen support, the laptop’s main USP is the whopping 17.5-hour battery life.
This is an ultra-portable 2-in-1 that weighs just 1.19 kg and is just 13.9mm thick, and the laptop is powered by the latest 10th gen Intel Core processors.

The new Samsung Galaxy Book Flex Alpa 2-in-1 laptop features a 13.3-inch full-HD (1920×1080 pixels) QLED display with 600 nits of peak brightness and 100% colour volume. Even though Samsung says the laptop is powered by the latest 10th generation Intel Core processors but has not exactly revealed the processor model.
It comes with the integrated Intel UHD graphics, with both 8GB and 12GB RAM options, and 256GB and 512GB SSD storage options, you can even configure it up to 1TB of SSD (NVMe). To make things better, you also have a fingerprint sensor and a backlit keyboard.
The 2-in-1 features two 1.5W stereo speakers, a 720p HD camera, and a dual array digital mic. On the ports and connectivity front, we have the latest Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax), a USB Type-C port, an HDMI port, a microSD slot, and two USB 3.0 ports.
Even though the laptop is thin and light, it looks and feels premium and the frame of the 2-in-1 is made out of aluminium. The battery capacity is at 54Wh and Samsung says that it will provide up to 17.5 hours of massive battery life and it also comes with a Fast Charge feature.
