The Coding & Programming course in Karimnagar, held at the esteemed SRR Government College of Arts & Science, witnessed 93 bright minds graduate and receive course completion certificates.

Samsung, in collaboration with the Electronics Sectors Skills Council of India (ESSCI), executed the program through a network of approved training and education partners. Tackling Real-World Challenges: The Hackathon
As part of the program, the students participated in a hackathon, where they had the opportunity to tackle real-world challenges using their newly acquired coding and programming skills. The problem statements presented to them covered diverse topics, including women’s safety, SOS alert and location tracking platform, biometric authentication systems for secure voting, and innovative patient record management databases on the cloud.

Samsung India introduced the Samsung Innovation Campus program across eight campuses throughout the country, targeting the upskilling of 3,000 less-privileged youth in futuristic tech domains like AI, IoT, Big Data, and Coding & Programming. The program aims to equip youth aged 18-25 years with crucial technology skills required for the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Participants receive instructor-led classroom training from ESSCI’s approved training and education partners across the nation.
The comprehensive program encompasses not only classroom training but also hands-on capstone projects in selected technology areas. Participants are given the opportunity to work on projects related to Artificial Intelligence, the Internet of Things, Big Data, and Coding & Programming. Additionally, soft skills training enhances their employability and ensures a well-rounded learning experience. The program culminates with job placements in relevant organizations, helping students kickstart their careers in the tech industry.
The Path to Excellence: Nurturing Tech Talent
Participants opting for the AI course undergo 270 hours of theory training, complemented by 80 hours of project work. Those choosing the IoT or Big Data course receive 160 hours of training and complete 80 hours of project work. Students who enroll in the Coding & Programming course partake in 80 hours of training, culminating in an exhilarating Hackathon.
