The Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 Ultra has been leaked in more detail recently. Originally believed to be the Watch 7 Ultra or the Watch X, the luxury watch has been revealed as the Watch Ultra by a freshly uncovered TDRA document and propped up by this newest leak.

More About the Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra

Specifications of the Galaxy Watch Ultra, which is anticipated to be a diving smartwatch, have been revealed by Android Headlines. The shared images (which appear to be from an unreleased version of Samsung’s website) also reveal more of the upcoming Watch 7. The Ultra comes with a 47mm titanium case and in three different colors: Titanium Gray, Titanium Silver, and Titanium Beige.

It can achieve a peak brightness of 3,000 nits – more than the Watch 7 but about on par with the Apple Watch Ultra 2. That one peaks at 10 ATM, surpassing the Watch 7’s 5 ATM, and features a 590mAh battery, much the same as the Watch5 Pro. The new release will allegedly store 100 hours of battery, although the previous model only provides 80 hours of battery.

The Watch 7 has a 3nm Exynos W1000 processor and 32GB of storage, so the Galaxy Watch Ultra will likely feature a 3nm CPU (possibly Exynos W1000) and 32GB of usable space. It will come in a sole variant with both LTE and Bluetooth support. The long-rumored watch design leaked by @OnLeaks in May also matches these specifications.

Alongside its Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra-high brightness display with a well-protected casing under the deepest waters, Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra will synchronize with stainless steel, leather, and real-time dive information on your wrist. While these are some of the many specs revealed about the Galaxy Watch Ultra, Samsung is yet to confirm the pricing of the ultra-premium smartwatch and its official launch date. Surely, we can expect the official launch to be done during Samsung Galaxy Unpacked on July 10.

Overall, the Galaxy Watch Ultra looks to be a high-end entry to Samsung’s smartwatch range, with significant advancements in brightness, water resistance, and battery life when compared to its predecessors, which will make it well-placed to challenge the best premium smartwatches.
