The new Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 Lite is the upcoming Tablet model from the South Korean-based manufacturer. The tab is rumored to feature a 12.4-inch LTPS TFT screen with 2,560 x 1,600 pixels. New specifications about the Samsungs soon to be released tablet has emerged online via Twitter leaker @StuffListings.
According to the Geekbench database, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 Lite will run a Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G SoC. It has a single-core score of 650 and a multi-core score of 1,694. The leaked variant on Geekbench was running 4GB of RAM and Android 11. The device was listed as the SM-T736B, indicating that the device is a part of the Galaxy Tab S7 series.
The specs we know so far about Samsung’s yet-to-be-released tablet suggest that the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 Lite will be an entry-level tablet. Even the choice of the SoC, which Samsung will be using to power the tablet, suggests that the device will be a performance-optimized and affordable tablet.
5G-ready low-cost tablets are somewhat rare, and that alone should be enough to make it an attractive buy. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 Lite could support S Pen inputs; it is unlikely that an S Pen will be included along with the tablet.
So far, complete specs are not yet known, and the model that appeared on Geekbench seems like an engineering model used for testing and teasing purposes. So the news should be taken with a grain of salt. Still, let’s wait for some more updates to come.
