South Korean electronics giant, Samsung, has officially launched a new affordable Android tablet under their house. The new tablet is named Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite. The name tells itself that it a watered-down version of the original Galaxy Tab A7. This Tab A7 was launched in the second half of the previous year.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite flaunts an 8.7-inch LCD HD+ screen and comes with a screen resolution of 1,340 x 800 pixels with a 15:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by the octa-core MediaTek Helio P22T chipset which is coupled with up to 4 GB RAM and 64 GB internal storage.
To better the listening experience of the users, it comes with dual stereo speakers backed by Dolby Atmos. It runs on Android 11 with One UI Core 3.1. At the backside of the device, you will see a camera of 8 MP. At the front, Samsung offers a 2 MP camera lens.
The tablet houses a 5,100 mAh battery cell and is paired with 15W fast charging support. Connectivity options of Galaxy Tab A7 Lite include 4G LTE (optional), Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5, GPS, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. It measures 212.5 x 124.7 x 8.0 mm and weighs 371 grams.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite is offered in two colour options: Grey and Silver. The Wi-Fi-only variant of the tablet is priced at GBP 149 or roughly Rs. 15,300. The LTE variant will cost GBP 179 or roughly Rs. 18,400. It will go on sale in the UK from June 18.
