The Galaxy S25 series offers cutting-edge features, including a new Sketch to Image tool as part of One UI 7.0 on Android 15. This feature lets people design elaborate pictures from simple doodles drawn with the S Pen (or with a finger).

The Galaxy S25 series will be made up of four models: Galaxy S25, S25 Plus, S25 Slim, and S25 Ultra. The Galaxy S25 Slim debuts with a sleek design, a 6.66-inch display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, a 4,700mAh battery, and a triple-camera setup featuring a 200MP main sensor. The Galaxy S25 Ultra, positioned as the premium variant, will offer a 6.88-inch QHD+ Super AMOLED display, up to 16GB RAM, storage options of up to 1TB, and a triple-camera module with AI-powered photography enhancements, including a 200MP primary sensor.
