What happened to Samsung Galaxy S22 FE? Will it be launched in 2023?

The Galaxy S22 FE should therefore be released, at least according to the company’s official line, to complement the Galaxy S22 series and serve as a stopgap until the Galaxy S23 family is available. Samsung made a commitment to annually release a Fan Edition version of each of its flagship models when it unveiled the first Fan Edition phone.

The Fan Edition series, according to a June 2022 SamMobile rumour, may be completely phased out by Samsung. A Korean publication reaffirmed this the next month. Evidently, Samsung placed the S22 FE on hold in order to concentrate on ramping up Galaxy S22 Ultra production.

Samsung Galaxy S22 FE launch date rumours

After these rumours, there was no more mention of the Galaxy S22 FE. But in December, a little-known informant claimed that Samsung might still be considering releasing the device. Theoretically, Samsung will use the speculative Exynos 2300 chip to power the gadget.

Meanwhile, reports about Samsung preparing a Galaxy S21 FE that was even more inexpensive were circulating. The Snapdragon 720G chipset was meant to be used in this device. But as time goes on, the likelihood of a new Galaxy S21 FE variant seems increasingly remote.

Both arguments in support of and against the Samsung FE phones can be made. The Samsung Galaxy S20 FE offered exceptional value and excellent performance, but there was a flip side.

In comparison to the S22 flagships, which are better, the S21 FE launched late and didn’t provide adequate value. The Galaxy S22 FE’s cancellation by Samsung may not be a bad thing after all. Though the ideal Pixel 6a rival might be a less expensive Samsung flagship device. For more information on what Samsung is planning, we’ll just have to wait for official word from the firm.

There hasn’t been talks regarding the Galaxy S22 FE’s release date because there isn’t any indication that the phone even exists. Samsung should have unveiled a Fan Edition Galaxy S22 sometime in September if the S20 FE’s introduction is any indication.

That didn’t take place, as we all know. According to the most recent rumours, Samsung may release the S22 FE with the Exynos 2300 chip sometime in 2023. Though we’re not holding our breath for it.
