The Samsung Galaxy M40 will launch in India on June 11 at 6PM local time. The company has partnered with Amazon to release the phone, which will become the new leader of the affordable M-series.
It will be the first phone in the family with an Infinity O screen – meaning a punch hole selfie camera – like the M10, M20 and M30 all have notches. The back shows a triple camera similar to what’s on the Galaxy M30.

Samsung Galaxy M40 is an upcoming smartphone by Samsung. The phone is rumored to come with a 6.30-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080×2340 pixels and an aspect ratio of 19.5:9.

The Samsung Galaxy M40 runs One UI based on Android 9 Pie and packs 128GB of inbuilt storage. The Samsung Galaxy M40 tipped to be a dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) smartphone that will accept Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards.
Connectivity options on the Samsung Galaxy M40 are said to include Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, GPS, 3G, and 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India). Sensors on the phone are rumored to include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, and fingerprint sensor. The Samsung Galaxy M40 supports face unlock.
