As it gets ready to launch a number of Galaxy smartphones, Samsung seems to be putting a lot of effort into getting the devices authorized by different authorities. A Samsung Galaxy F55 was seen on the webpage for the Bluetooth SIG certification. The latter could potentially be identified as the Galaxy M55. The company has previously rebranded for a number of target markets.
Samsung Galaxy F55 Bluetooth SIG certification details
The Wi-Fi Alliance certified a Samsung gadget last month with the model number SM-E556B/DS. It was reported that this new Samsung smartphone is the Samsung Galaxy F55, even though the certifying authorities withheld the name. It is accurate, too.
As the SM-E556B_DS has been certified by Bluetooth SIG and is listed as the Galaxy F55 on their website, they are the source of this assurance.
In the past, there have been speculations claiming that the Galaxy M55 is identified as SM-M556E/DS and the Galaxy C55 as SM-C5560. Both devices have received certification from Apple. The SM-M556B, which has the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 SoC and 8GB RAM, was previously seen on Geekbench in November of last year.
The BIS authority of India, the Wi-Fi Alliance, and Nemko have all certified the aforementioned gadget. An indication that it would be released in India is the BIS certification. The F55 might only be available through Flipkart, similar to other phones in the F-series.
There are also rumors that the company is developing the Samsung Galaxy M55, which might be a repackaged F55 that will only be available on Amazon in India. Similar specifications for the Galaxy F54 and M54 were released in India last year; however, Flipkart and Amazon, respectively, handled the sales of those models.
