Samsung, a well-known name in the audio space, has been offering TWS earphones across various price ranges under its popular Galaxy Buds lineup. Now, it seems as if the brand is set to extend its lineup with two new devices: the Galaxy Buds Core and Galaxy Buds 3 FE.

This information comes from an APK teardown of the most recent Galaxy Buds Controller app (v1.0.08.38) for Wear OS, according to Android Authority. The two are intended to be cheaper alternatives to the regular Galaxy Buds 3, potentially making them more accessible options.

According to the teardown, the Samsung Galaxy Buds Core carries the model number R410XX, while the Galaxy Buds 3 FE is marked as R520XX. The rumored design details were found with the earlier-published Galaxy Buds FE, model number R400XX, making it possible that the new Buds Core could be the successor to the Buds FE. The same model number for the Galaxy Buds Core (SM-R410) has also been spotted in BIS and TDRA certifications in the last few weeks, which further increases the possibility of an imminent launch.

Connectivity may support dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0+ support for even better connectivity.
