Samsung is actively developing its upcoming range of laptops under the Galaxy Book brand. A fresh certification listing has substantiated the existence of the Galaxy Book 4 series and suggests that the launch of these new Galaxy Book laptops is imminent. Here are all the key details.

The Upcoming Samsung Galaxy Book 4

The Samsung Galaxy Book 4 series has made an appearance on the Bluetooth SIG certification platform. This listing provides insight into the lineup, which encompasses the Samsung Galaxy Book 4, Galaxy Book 4 360, Galaxy Book 4 Pro, Galaxy Book 4 Pro 360, and the Galaxy Book 4 Ultra. Given that the Galaxy Book 4 lineup represents the next generation of Samsung laptops, it is highly anticipated that these models will be powered by Intel’s forthcoming Meteor Lake series of processors.

Interestingly, the Bluetooth SIG certification doesn’t solely feature the Galaxy Book 4 series. It also includes listings for the Galaxy Book 3 Ultra and a Galaxy Book 2 Pro Special Edition. While these are from older generations of notebooks, there is a possibility that they might receive hardware upgrades, potentially featuring the newer generation Intel processors. Notably, the current-generation Galaxy Book 3 Ultra was introduced earlier this year.

In addition to this, a report from Naver suggests that Samsung is in the process of certifying the Samsung Galaxy Book 4 Pro, codenamed NT960XGK. This particular model is rumored to be equipped with an Intel Core Ultra processor. To clarify, the Galaxy Book 4 Pro series is expected to incorporate Intel Core Ultra chips, while the other Galaxy Book 4 models may come with Intel 14th Gen chipsets.

The Intel Core Ultra processors are notable for having integrated NPUs (Neural Processing Units) designed for AI and machine learning tasks, which could potentially enable advanced features like ray tracing and high-level graphics rendering for the Galaxy Book 4 Pro models.
