Samsung Care+ to Offer Free Screen Replacements for 2025

Samsung offers various Samsung Care+ insurance plans, some with different coverage levels and prices depending on the region. One of these plans is the “Samsung Care+ with Theft and Loss” plan, which will reportedly come with an offer for a free screen replacement starting next year. Here are the essential details of this offer as well as which devices may not be eligible. This is worth noting because if you end up needing to replace your screen and don’t have coverage for it, you’ll be happy you bought the extra plan warranty.

Samsung Care+ with Theft and Loss to Include Free Screen Replacements for Galaxy Phones in 2025

Just to be clear, the free screen replacement benefit applies only to the “Samsung Care+ with Theft and Loss” plan. Users with different Samsung Care+ plans will not be eligible. It is important to note that this offer likely does not cover the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold and Z Flip series. While Samsung does not explicitly mention this, an email sent to Samsung Care+ members notes that the offer applies only to damages affecting the front screen and back glass. The email, as reported by 9to5Google, refers to the promotion as “ZERO DOLLAR SCREEN REPAIRS.” Members of the Theft and Loss plan can receive free screen repairs through Mail-In Repair, Walk-In Repair, or by visiting a nearby Samsung Service Center.
