Sami Khedira may leave Juventus in January with a potential move to the Premier League. According to reports, multiple Premier League clubs are interested to sign the German midfielder.
Sami Khedira joined Juventus in 2015 after spending 5 successful years in Spain with Real Madrid. The 33-year-old midfielder has scored 21 goals in 144 games for the Italian giant.
But he is completely out of favour of Juventus boss Andrea Pirlo this season. He is yet to make an appearance for Juventus this season.
According to reports, Juventus wants to let him go this January if they get the right proposal from any club. Manchester United, Everton are interested to sign the midfielder. Sami Khedira wants to join Merseyside.
The rumor seems to be true after the comments from the German midfielder himself. He said, “I really enjoyed working with Jose Mourinho but there are many coaches who I would like to work with.”
“I would never say no again to Mourinho but he is not the only guy who I would say I would like to work with again. There are many coaches, even in the Premier League that I respect a lot.”
“Ancelotti is doing a great job at the moment and is a great personality. He is one of the coaches who impressed me as well.”- Khedira added.
Everton boss Carlo Ancelotti said, “I have a good memory of Sami Khedira, he was with me at Real Madrid and was a fantastic professional.”
It will be interesting to see where he finally goes when the transfer window opens in January.
