Ryan Sessegnon is set to return to his boyhood club, Fulham, as a free agent. The left-back was available as a free agent after leaving Tottenham upon the expiry of his contract at the end of June.
And after a few weeks of training with Crystal Palace to keep himself fit, the 24-year-old has accepted Fulham’s proposal over several clubs to return to Craven Cottage.

The left-back spent 11 years with the Cottagers before joining Spurs in 2019 for €27 million. He spent one season on loan at Hoffenheim in 2020-21 before returning. Overall, he made 57 appearances for the Lilywhites across all competitions.
And now, he could return to regular first team football with Fulham. The player has accepted the proposal from his former club, and is expected to undergo the medical tests to finalise the move in the coming week.
Fulham are also in the running to sign Emile Smith-Rowe from Arsenal, with the midfielder seemingly out of favour. A bid has been sent to the Gunners, but is yet to be accepted as things stand.
