Variety shows love a good setup, and this one is a gift. *Running Man* has previewed its upcoming **“EXchange”** episode, and the guests come with some history attached: **Apink’s Chorong** and **Girl’s Day’s Yura**.

## EXchange: Episode Details

| Detail | Info |
| --- | --- |
| Show | Running Man (SBS) |
| Episode theme | “EXchange” |
| Guests | Chorong (Apink), Yura (Girl’s Day) |
| Preview aired | October 11, 2026 |
| Air date | October 18, 2026 |
| Air time | 6:10 p.m. KST (2:40 p.m. IST) |
| Where to watch | Viki (with subtitles) |

## The Setup: Why These Two?

The preview opens with the show’s producing director (PD) explaining that both guests are “linked” to cast member **Yang Se Chan**, though in different ways, according to Soompi’s report.

| Guest | Connection to Yang Se Chan |
| --- | --- |
| Yura | Was swept up in a dating rumor with him |
| Chorong | He once named her as his ideal type |

Put the two together on one show with Yang Se Chan, and you have the makings of a comedy.

## The Twist

At first, Yang Se Chan gets visibly excited, as he seems to find himself at the center of a **love triangle**. But the mood doesn’t last. Once the games begin, things take a decidedly unromantic turn, as the female guests unleash their **competitive streaks** and go all out.

That contrast is where the humor will likely come from: a flirty premise that turns into serious competition. It also suggests the guests may not be there to play along with the cast’s plans.

## Why Fans Will Want to Tune In?

*Running Man* is known for pairing a simple concept with unpredictable guests, and this episode seems to fit that formula. Two well-known idol names, a playful backstory and a lineup of games make for an easy, fun watch. The preview doesn’t reveal which games or results are coming, so there’s plenty left to discover.

## How to Watch?

- Watch the preview now to get a taste of the mood.
