Set your alarms a little earlier this week, Running Man fans — your favorite variety show is shifting its time slot, and missing the new schedule means missing the fun with a stacked guest lineup.

## What’s Changing This Week

“Running Man,” which typically airs every Sunday at 6:10 p.m. KST, announced on September 8 that its September 13 episode will move up to **4:50 p.m. KST**. The shift is due to broadcast coverage of the [2026 Asian Games](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Asian_Games), being held in Nagoya, which is taking over the network’s regular time slot that evening.
