July’s individual idol brand reputation rankings are out, and the No. 1 spot belongs to a name many casual fans might not expect.

## The Big Surprise at the Top

RESCENE’s Woni rocketed to first place after a jaw-dropping 384.56% jump in her brand reputation index since June, closing out July with a score of 5,434,024. Her keyword analysis leaned heavily into charm-driven phrases like “Pretty Girl,” “Deokyeon’s daughter,” and “Geoje Charmander,” with an impressive 93.96% positive reaction rate backing up the surge.

The rankings, released by the Korean Business Research Institute, are based on consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, and community awareness data collected from 1,735 idols between June 22 and July 22.

Right behind her, [BTS](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BTS)‘s Jimin held strong at No. 2 with 4,849,221 points. Wanna One’s Park Ji Hoon took third at 4,412,495, followed closely by BTS’s Jungkook at No. 4 with 4,399,287. IVE’s Jang Won Young rounded out the top five, posting an 8.11% rise to close at 4,073,693.
