  1. Test Matches : Sharma has captained India in four Test matches, and he has won all four, giving him a 100% win record.
  2. One Day Internationals (ODIs) : Sharma has led India in 24 ODIs, out of which he has won 19, giving him a win percentage of 79.17. He has the best winning percentage among all Indian captains who have led the team in ten or more ODIs.
  3. Twenty20 Internationals (T20Is) : Sharma has captained India in 51 T20Is, out of which he has won 39, giving him a win percentage of 76.47. He has the best winning percentage among all captains who have led their teams in 20 or more T20Is.
  4. Indian Premier League (IPL) : Sharma is one of the most successful captains in the history of the IPL, having led Mumbai Indians to five titles. He has captained in 143 matches, out of which he has won 79, giving him a win percentage of 55.24.
