**Khatron Ke Khiladi 15** is already living up to its reputation as India’s most dangerous reality show — and we’re not even at the premiere yet. Filming is underway in the breathtaking but brutal landscapes of **Cape Town, South Africa**, and the stunts are already drawing blood — or in this case, burns.

Popular TV actor **Rithvik Dhanjani**, appearing on the show for a record **third time**, suffered serious burn injuries while performing a fire stunt during the shoot. According to reports, Rithvik powered through the pain and completed the stunt despite the severity of the injury — a true testament to his grit. An insider revealed, “The injury is quite bad, though he has kept a brave face on.”

For the uninitiated, [Khatron Ke Khiladi](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Khatron_Ke_Khiladi) is the Indian adaptation of the global franchise *Fear Factor*, hosted by Bollywood action maestro **Rohit Shetty**. Each season raises the bar on danger — and Season 15 is clearly no different.
