Redmi’s budget Soundbar tipped to Launch in India Soon

As per some reports, Redmi is going to launch its first soundbar in India. However, Xiaomi had launched a soundbar in China in the month of May this year. It is expected that both the soundbars are the same.

Redmi has a pretty huge market for its smartphones in India. But they don’t want to stop there. Redmi is looking to launch many more different products like earphones, earbuds, soundbars in India. Moreover, according to the reports, Redmi is all set to bring its Smart TV A series to India that was launched in China last month. But Redmi might bring this TV just after the arrival of the soundbar.

As of now, there is no confirmed information about the launch date of the Redmi soundbar. But it is expected that the device could arrive during the upcoming festive season via Flipkart and Amazon. But right now, the websites have not mentioned anything about the product. So, we can expect a sooner launch of the soundbar in India.

Let’s talk about some of the specifications of the Redmi soundbar. As per the reports, it has two 45x 80mm full-range speakers delivering a 30W total output. Regarding the size, this soundbar has a dimension of 78 cm x 6.4 cm x 6.3 cm and it weighs around 1.5kg. According to the picture released by Redmi before the launch in China, the Redmi soundbar comes in a single black color option with a matte-like finish. Regarding the connectivities, this device supports Bluetooth 5.0 and S/PDIF & Aux ports for wired connections.

Regarding the pricing, this will be a budget-friendly soundbar from Redmi. In China, this device was launched at a price tag of CNY 199 (roughly Rs. 2,100).
