Redmi Watch 3 Active

According to Xiaomi, the Redmi Watch 3 Active will be released in India soon. Xiaomi has been expanding its product line in order to gain market share in India. Indian smartphone customers frequently select Chinese OEMs. Consumers of smartwatches and TWS, however, do not like Xiaomi.

Recently, Xiaomi dropped a hint that it will soon be launching a new watch in India. The company has made it known that it would release the Redmi Watch 3 Active in India. Xiaomi would release both the watch and the Redmi 12 smartphone.

Redmi Watch 3 Active specifications

The teaser image that Xiaomi shared indicates that the smartwatch would be available on August 1. Xiaomi has already made the color options for the upcoming Redmi 12 smartphone public. The Redmi Watch 3 Lite has been rebranded as the Watch 3 Active for the Chinese market. Xiaomi sold the Redmi Watch 3 Lite for RMB 495 (about Rs 5,700) in China. We think Xiaomi to price the Redmi Watch 3 Active similarly in India.

The Watch 3 Active comes with a 289 mAh battery from Xiaomi. The watch, according to the manufacturer, has a 12-day battery life. Under conditions of heavy usage, the battery life will be cut to 8 days. The forthcoming Redmi Watch 3 Active is 46.94 x 38.88 x 10.94mm in size and 41.67 grams in weight.

Xiaomi includes a covert speaker and microphone on the wrist for Bluetooth calls. Numerous tracking tools for your health are now supported by the Redmi Watch 3 Active. SpO2, heart rate, and sleep may all be tracked via the watch. Xiaomi has added the ability to measure female health to one of its watches. Additionally, the watch supports more than 100 different sports modes.

The maker equips the watch with Bluetooth 5.3, the most recent standard, for improved connection. The watch is compatible with both iOS and Android smartphones. However, only gadgets running iOS 12.0 or later and Android 6.0 will be supported. With the watch’s NFC capabilities, users may make contactless payments. The watch is functional in any outdoor setting because it is 5ATM water resistant.
