Redmi Band 2 and Redmi Watch 3 revealed good battery life and other specifications

Redmi has unveiled the Redmi Band 2, an entry-level fitness tracker, and the Redmi Watch 3, in China.

The 1.75-inch AMOLED screen on the Watch 3 has a maximum brightness of 600 nits and a screen-to-body ratio of up to 70%. The screen quality has also been significantly improved, the business claims, with 390 x 450 ultra-high definition resolution, a 60 Hz high refresh rate, and 341 PPI for superb picture quality.

The Redmi Band 2 boasts a 1.47-inch square TFT LCD screen that is 76% larger than the model it replaces. It also has a 9.9mm thin body, a 30+ sports mode, and a 5ATM water-resistant construction.

Redmi Watch comes with a screen size of 1.75″ AMOLED display with 390×450 screen Resolution. It has an adjustable strap with a nail buckle design having a length of 135~200mm. Its inclusion of sensors like an Optical heart rate sensor (including blood oxygen), acceleration sensor, gyroscope, and geomagnetic sensor. It supports Bluetooth v5.2 with Calling support along with a built-in microphone and speaker.

Redmi Band 2 has a 1.47-inch (172 x 320 pixels) TFT LCD screen with 450 nits peak brightness. It supports 24×7 heart rate, SpO2, and female health tracking along with Bluetooth 5.1 LE connectivity. It has 30+ sports modes with a 210mAh battery and up to 14 days of battery life.

The Redmi Watch has an internal microphone and speaker for Bluetooth calls. It also contains a 24-hour SOS feature that allows you to call for help in an emergency or dangerous situation by swiftly pressing the side button three times. In addition, the integrated independent high-end GNSS chip provides high accuracy control and is compatible with Beidou BDS, GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and QZSS, among other GNSS systems.

The Redmi Watch 3 can measure 24-hour heart rate, calories, SpO2, deep sleep, pressure, breathing, a woman’s cycle, and up to 121+ additional sports modes. It also supports up to 121+ additional sports modes.

Its battery life, which is supported by magnetic charging, can last up to 12 days.

In addition to voice control, the watch features NFC and is 5ATM water resistant. Elegant black and Ivory white are two of the colour options available for the watch.

SpO2 readings, 24-hour heart rates, sleep patterns, and female health can all be monitored using Band 2 for health purposes. Considering how small it is, the band doesn’t have a working button. In spite of this, it has a 210 mAh battery that has a 14-day battery life. 100+ watch faces, music control, alarm, remote photo control, find phone, and other capabilities are among the watch’s additional features.

The Redmi Band 2 costs CNY 159 (about US$ 23 or Rs. 1,890), while the Redmi Watch 3 costs 499 yuan (approximately US$ 71 or Rs. 5,935). In China, these are already on sale.
