The Redmi 14C 4G was launched globally in Vietnam as the successor to the Redmi 13C. Now, it appears that the company is preparing to introduce the 5G version of the phone in the Indian market soon. The first proof comes via the Indian version of Redmi 14C 5G that was not too long ago noticed on the Geekbench database, revealing some key specs.

The Redmi C-series is set to be a budget offering and could compete in the price range of ₹10,000-₹12,000 for its base model. MySmartPrice first reported about the listing of the Redmi 14C on Geekbench, it has been listed under model number 2411DRN471.

According to a benchmark test, the phone scored 917 in single-core performance and only 2,182 on multi-core. According to the listing, this device will run on Android 14 and come with 8GB of RAM but more memory options could be offered at launch. The motherboard section references ‘Parrot,’ likely linked to the Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 SoC, which includes six cores running at 1.96GHz and two cores at 2.21GHz.

The standard Redmi 14C 5G has been popping up online left and right, which includes HyperOS source code spotting with model number as well as IMEI database inclusion. Reports have already suggested that the upcoming model could be a rebranded version of last month’s China launch. Based on the Redmi 14R’s specifications, it features a 6.88-inch HD+ display with a resolution of 1640 x 720 pixels, a 120Hz refresh rate, a 240Hz touch sampling rate, and a brightness level of 600 nits.

The phone also boasts a 5,160mAh battery with 18W fast charging support and runs on Android 14 with a custom HyperOS skin out of the box.
