Realme’s real TechLife sub-brand DIZO only launched in India in July 2021, but the DIZO sub-brand already offers a wide range of products, including wireless earbuds, smartwatches, hairdryers, and even beard trimmers.
Realme is planning to keep the momentum of its hot new sub-brand going with the Realme DIZO Watch R, a new affordable smartwatch. Mukul Sharma, a popular Indian leakster on Twitter, recently announced on his social media that the Realme DIZO Watch R will be released soon, with the device launching first in India.
He also included photographs of the packaging that comes with the Realme DIZO Watch R in the message. The box depicts the design of the Realme DIZO Watch R, which appears to be a circular dial watch with a color option of either rose gold or mystic bronze. The Realme DIZO Watch R is part of the realm TechLife family of IoT goods, according to the packaging.
Mukul Sharma also states that the Realme DIZO Watch R has a 1.3-inch screen in his responses. There were no further specifics given, such as specifications, battery capacity, or the watch’s release date, but based on prior leaks, the Realme DIZO Watch R will be released in January 2022, with the DIZO Watch 2 Special Sports Edition, at the same launch event. In comparison to its more expensive brothers, the Realme DIZO Watch 2 and DIZO Watch 2 Pro, the Realme DIZO Watch R is said to be the more economical sister.
The DIZO Watch 2 has a 1.69-inch TFT LCD, while the DIZO Watch 2 Pro has a 1.75-inch TFT LCD. A SpO2 sensor, heart-rate monitoring, sleep tracking, camera, and music controls, and call and SMS alerts are all included in the package. The Watch 2 has 15 sports modes and lasts 10 days on a charge, whereas the Watch 2 Pro has 90 sports modes and lasts 14 days on a charge. The DIZO Watch R is expected to omit the gimmicks found in its more expensive siblings to achieve a more affordable price point.
