Realme X50m 5G launched with 120Hz display, Snapdragon 765G, and 30W fast charging at a very cheap price

Realme is extending their 5G lineup with one after another smartphone of various price segments. Not only does the flagship levels are equipped with 5G but now the mid-rangers are also benefited with it. Thanks to the Snapdragon 765G chipset that supports 5G connectivity and is a powerful yet cheaper chipset and are used in mid range smartphones.

Realme announced the Realme X50m 5G smartphone and thus becomes an addition to the X50 series after Realme X50 and X50 Pro.

Details:

Realme X50m 5G has the octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G SoC, paired with up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM. Realme X50m 5G runs Android 10 with Realme UI on top. The Realme X50m 5G has a single 128GB UFS 2.1 storage option. Realme X50m 5G has a 4,200mAh battery that supports 30W Dart fast charging technology which can juice up the cell from flat to 70% in 30 minutes.

The phone features a quad-camera setup that includes a 48MP primary sensor with an f/1.8, an 8MP secondary sensor with an f/2.3 that has a field of view (FoV) of 119 degrees, a 2MP tertiary sensor along with an f/2.4 macro lens, and a 2MP quaternary monochrome sensor with an f/2.4 lens.

Realme X50m 5G features dual front cameras- a 16MP primary Sony IMX471 sensor along with an f/2.0 lens and a 2MP secondary sensor, with an f/2.4 lens, that are housed with a punch-hole cut at the left top corner of the display.

Sensors onboard include an accelerometer, ambient light, gyroscope, magnetometer, and a proximity sensor. There is also a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. Furthermore, the phone has Hi-Res audio support and Dolby audio integration. Connectivity options on the phone include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, and USB Type-C port.

Price and Availability:

Realme X50m 5G is priced at CNY1999 (Rs.21,500/$280/€260) and comes in Starry Blue and Galaxy White colors and it will go on sale in China from April 29, but there’s no word on international availability.
