Realme has now officially announced the launch of the Realme Watch S2 in India. The new smartwatch is expected to be the successor to the Realme Watch S, which was launched in November last year. Ahead of its official release, details regarding the design and key features of the Realme Watch S2 have surfaced online via leaked retail box images. The launch event for the Realme Watch S2 is scheduled to coincide with the introduction of the Realme 13 Pro 5G series.

The Realme Watch S2 teaser states that the smartwatch is launching on July 30 at 12 pm IST and shows an image of a round blue dial as well as announces an AI voice assistant for better interaction with the watch. Realme has recently announced that the Watch S2 will have AI-powered Personal Assistance technology based on ChatGPT via a press release. Additional information about this unique feature will be released as the launch date approaches.

The leaked image of the retail box shared by tipster Ishan Agarwal (@ishanagarwal24) gives us a look at how Realme Watch S2 would appear, with a round dial that is believed to house and offer information on display and said rotating crown which can be seen positioned from the right edge. The image also points out the watch’s link watch strap depicts the signal of Bluetooth for calls. The upcoming smartwatch is expected to feature multiple sports modes as well, and health monitoring would also offer the latest in sensor tech to regular users and fitness fans equally.

Previously, the Realme Watch S was equipped with a 1.3-inch circular display protected by 2.5D-curved Corning Gorilla Glass 3, boasted an IP68-rated build for dust and water resistance, and offered a robust 390mAh battery capable of delivering up to 15 days of usage on a single charge.
