Realme Smartphones with Snapdragon 778 and Snapdragon 870 tipped to launch next month

Realme might be launching two more smartphones in the Chinese market very soon, as claimed by a few reports. These two smartphones will be powered by different mobile processors that can be Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor and Snapdragon 778 processor.

The famous, tipster, Digital Chat Station, has even gone ahead to mention the launch dates. According to it, both of these handsets will be unveiled on 18th June. Though, the tweet does not mention the names or the specifications of the device.

The company itself has launched a type of teaser on its official global Twitter account. They made an announcement of a new Realme device with Snapdragon 778G 5G processor coming soon. The handset is codenamed Quicksilver.

Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G 5G SoC is a 6nm-based chip that uses Adreno 642L GPU. This will offer graphics speed about 40% faster than the previous generation. Generally, this mobile processor is used in premium mid-range smartphones.

Codename: #Quicksilver.

There is no surety but maybe the company and the tipster might have been talking about the same smartphones. However, an official update is still awaited. If at all Realme is going to launch new devices, we can expect them to come up with the smartphone with Snapdragon 778 5G chipset first and then the other.
