Realme held a launch event where it launched the Realme GT 2 Pro smartphone series in Indonesia. At the launch event, the brand also revealed the Realme Narzo 50A Prime. It is an upgraded version of the Narzo 50A device.
In the specs department, the Narzo 50A Prime is similar to the Realme C35, which is available in some other markets, the difference between both these devices is the design and chip that they pack.
The Realme Narzo 50A Prime has a 6.6″ IPS LCD display with a Full HD+ resolution, an aspect ratio of 20:9, a peak brightness of 600 nits, and a 90.7% screen space.
The display has a punch-hole setup that has an 8MP selfie camera. The Narzo 50A Prime has a dual-tone finish on the rear, the top portion houses the camera module and has a rather glossy appeal. The remaining part of the device has a textured smooth look.
The Realme Narzo 50A Prime has a 50MP primary shooter, a 2MP portrait Black and White sensor, and a 2MP macro shooter on the rear. You also get an LED flash.
The device runs on Android 11 OS with Realme UI R Edition. It has a 5,000mAh battery with 18W charging support via a USB Type-C port. The device flaunts a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
The Narzo 50A Prime is powered by the Unisoc T612 chip and it comes with 64GB/128GB storage configurations. In terms of RAM, you only get a single 4GB RAM option. Apart from this, the Realme Narzo 50A Prime has dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS support, and a 3.5mm audio jack. The Narzo 50A Prime has the same set of specs as the Realme C35 except that the former packs the Unisoc T612 while the latter has the Unisoc T616 chip.
The Realme Narzo 50A Prime has launched at a price of $125 or 9,517 INR and $139 or 10,583 INR for the 4GB+64GB variant and 4GB+128GB variant respectively. These are early bird prices in Indonesia, the device is available in Flash Black, Flash Blue, and Flash Green color variants.
