The highly anticipated Realme GT Neo6 SE has finally made its debut in China after much speculation about the price and features. The phone is a newcomer to the mid-range category and starts at about ₹20,700. It also has exciting features such as a 1.5K 8T LTPO AMOLED display, a massive 5,500mAh battery, and a 50MP primary camera. The Realme GT Neo6 SE comes in four variants – the base model with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage costs CNY 1,799 or around ₹20,730. The 12GB + 256GB variant costs CNY 1,999 or ₹23,035. The 16GB + 256GB and 16GB + 512GB variants have a price tag of CNY 2,199 or ₹25,830 and CNY 2,499 or ₹29,355, respectively. The smartphone will become available from April 17th in China where it will go on its debut with a CNY 100 discount, hence putting the cost of all devices at just CNY 1,699. The Liquid Silver Knight and Cangye Hacker will be the available color options.
In terms of display, the Realme GT Neo6 SE boasts a 6.78-inch 1.5K 8T LTPO AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It achieves a global maximum brightness of 1600 nits, with manual maximum brightness reaching 1000 nits and an unprecedented peak brightness of up to 6000 nits. The device also includes a Pro-XDR display, 2160Hz high-frequency PWM dimming, and Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection.
It sits on the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chip and is coupled with up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage. A 50MP IMX882 primary sensor with optical image stabilization works in tandem with an 8MP ultra-wide camera on the rear side of the smartphone. At the front, users have access to a 32MP front snapper for taking selfies. The Realme GT Neo6 SE is powered by a 5,500mAh battery with 100W SuperVOOC fast charging, which can charge up to 50 percent in just 12 minutes.
The device also has a SUPERVOOC S power management chip, which allows it to maintain more than 80 percent of the battery’s health after 1600 charging cycles – equivalent to around four years of use. It runs Android 14 with Realme UI 5 to provide the best user experience. Realme GT Neo6 SE has a 10014mm² 10,000-level cooling VC+ mid-frame ice-sealed that isolates the entire machine for effective heat dissipation – like Realme’s flagship phones. In addition, GT mode 5.0, Geek Performance Panel 2.0, IP65 dust and water resistance, USB Type-C port, stereo speakers, Hi-Res audio, and NFC are also available.
