Realme’s Vice President and Global Marketing President Xu Qi took to Weibo on April 1st to announce that the Realme GT Neo6 SE will be launched next week. The Realme GT Neo6 SE is expected to come with the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chipset which is also rumored to power the upcoming OnePlus Nord 4 (known as OnePlus Ace 3V in China).

This chipset includes a setup of 1 x Cortex X4 performance core running at 2.8 GHz, 4 x Cortex A720 mid cores clocked at 2.6 GHz, and 3 x Cortex A520 efficiency cores along with the Adreno 732 GPU. As per NanoReview, the Snapdragon 7+ Gen3 chip achieves scores of around 1367000 in AnTuTu10 benchmark tests and scores of 1913 and 5098 in core and multi-core tests respectively on Geekbench 6.

Regarding its screen display, it is anticipated that the phone will feature a BOE made1.5K8T LTPO panel with brightness capabilities reaching up to1000 nits for manual peak brightness, 1600 nits for global peak brightness (which can be activated under bright lighting conditions) and an outstanding 6000 nits for local peak brightness in specific scenarios like streaming HDR content in well-lit settings.

There are whispers going around about how this bright screen can take gaming visuals to the next level with a wider dynamic range known as “game super HDR”. Even though it boasts a display word has it that the Realme GT Neo6 SE puts a focus, on protecting your eyes possibly including a 2160 Hz high-frequency PWM dimming and a built-in method to lower blue light emissions.

Regarding its design, images from certification platform TENNA suggest that the GT Neo6 SE will deviate from the current design standard by incorporating curved edges for both the front and back. Additionally, leaked images hint at the omission of the 2-megapixel macro camera found in the predecessor GT Neo5 SE, with a dual-camera setup expected for the rear. Further updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
