Realme is gearing up to introduce its Realme GT Neo 6 series smartphones in China shortly. The upcoming series is expected to consist of the Realme GT Neo 6 and its variant the Realme GT Neo 6 SE. A known tipster named Digital Chat Station (DCS) has recently shared details, about the upcoming GT Neo 6 SE smartphone. Here’s what we’ve gathered so far:
Expected Specifications of the Realme GT Neo 6 SE
According to DCS through Weibo, the Realme GT Neo 6 SE will come with a display featuring LTPO technology. This OLED screen is anticipated to support a resolution of 1.5K. May offer a rate of up to 120Hz.
DCS highlights the importance of LTPO technology noting that it’s not commonly found in smartphones in higher price segments. This tech allows the display’s refresh rate to adapt based on content while maintaining battery efficiency. Moreover, DCS suggests that integrating LTPO technology will enhance the device’s battery life compared to its rivals.
Rumors also suggest that this upcoming Realme smartphone will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset bearing the model number SM7675. This chipset is likely to be the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 SoC, which is expected to feature in devices, like the OnePlus Ace 3V well. DCS had previously disclosed that this chipset would be produced using TSMC’s N4 platform to whats used for manufacturing the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC.
The chip is said to have eight cores, including one Cortex X4 core running at 2.9GHz four Cortex A720 cores running at 2.6GHz three Cortex A520 cores operating at 1.9GHz, and an Adreno 732 GPU. The smartphone is speculated to debut shortly after the launch of the OnePlus Ace 3V smartphone in China, likely occurring this month. Further specifications of the smartphone remain undisclosed at this time.
